DPI and DMCMW have both been easy to reach, friendly, helpful and welcoming to me as a new owner.

James made an appearance on my first thread when someone pumped his book. I PM'd him twice with a question about the book (after I bought it) and he never responded.

Those are the things in life that make choices easy.....

Doesn't the give and take belong in the DP thread?

I heard that Long Island DeLorean owners are especially appreciative of a good ol fashion DP

I bought mine sight unseen, only pics through emails.

I have tried to deal with DMCH, but firstly they were very slow in getting back to me and when I did, the shipping rates they were charging was scaring the hell out of me! Then I got in touch with DMCMW, the rest was history .........

I have been in the car buiz for almost 20 years, everything from parts, service, management and now a business of my own...you must learn how to treat your customers. Better yet, you have to teach your employees how to treat your customers. It only takes one wrong interaction to lose a client. I speak from experience on both sides.
Starvation, overpopulation, pollution, global warming, communisim,...all DMCTalk.com's fault
