Saw a thing yesterday that said William Dafoe would have been a good joker. I agree!!!

Finally got around to installing footwell lights. It definitely took longer than it should have. Turns out the LED pads were wired backwards. With a little bit of soldering, they're now good as new.

I decided to go with warm white LEDs to mimic the incandescent look.
For such tiny pads, they get somewhat hot. Anyone else notice that?

Once the sun goes down I'll snap a couple more photos.

That lighting looks pretty spiffy to me. I do kinda prefer the white looking LEDs though.
Rest assured, we have a backup of Farrar's car blog and it will be restored in the near future. (Steve Rice - March 2016)

I have a couple of LED rope strips that I might attach to the side panels where the aluminum bulkhead (bttf) meets. That would give the interior more of an even, balanced glow... rather than light blasting only from the front.

Today I received my GPS digital speedometer that I purchased on Ebay. It looks awesome and operates nicely. And, comes in handy when your stock speedo breaks (mine has broken repeatedly and still is). Gotta love new toys.

That video is in desperate need of Alan Silvestri's score being played in the background

For the record, this is the score I was referring to:

There's an optional feature that allows you to set an alarm at a specific speed limit. If you go over, it plays the theme song in 8-bit

Chuck Norris could take a crap on my car and everything would magically be fixed.
