Thumbs up Frame off restorations these days

Is this the new benchmark for frame off restorations now?

The words "frame off" used to mean something different. Using the auction pics just blown up a little. Imagine how horrified the new owner will be when he sees his newly restored car(which will no doubt look even worse in person).

Imagine the shitstorm if I posted this on talk.

You can take the body off the frame but it doesn't necessarily equal restored.

On that note, I can say my car had a "frame off restoration" because I removed the frame at one point.

Rest assured, we have a backup of Farrar's car blog and it will be restored in the near future. (Steve Rice - March 2016)
