    You are correct! I was there! NightFlyer Josh is truly one of a kind. They also dinged him for snap in valve stems, which the POGS confirmed were QAC original installs (the POGS were required to dismount the brand new tires and remove the bolt in stems and replace them with snap in stems.

    I have been considering my own Frankenstein engine build. I've studied Farrar's 3.0 swap and decided that I should be able to build an even fire 3.0 with 2.8 heads and a modified AMC I6 distributor. With this build I won't have to drill holes for the distributor or mechanical fuel pump nor will I need adapter plates for the intake.

    I'll be picking up a low mileage junkyard 3.0 after I complete the 307 to 403 swap on my 1985 Toronado.

    Don't forget you will need to replace the alternator and A.C. compressor as well.
