    Lighted led bumper letters

After 14 long years of ownership the restoration of 11035 is complete in the Final Touch was the custom lighted bumper letters. I seen a couple people or should I say less than a handful have ever done this but I did it in a different approach where I actually carefully cut out the letters with a dremel and used all weather resistant acrylic panels cut in sections using E6000 epoxy to stick it to the rear fascia. Also used a red LED light strip from super bright that was the exact length I needed and I have the light on while the running lights are on and I think it turned out pretty good for doing all of this by hand. Also have the front and rear bumpers painted mineral gray metallic.

By the way this was a modification that I wanted to do ever since I got the car and I really was going to do it using electroluminescence when I was big into that back then and just now finally 14 years later get around to doing it but using LEDs

You will not see this kind of approval rating on Talk or DeLorean Fanatics

I would say fell off, but i wouldn't put anything past thugs. If anything was easy to steal and hard to replace, the front "grill" just pops off and those are like 400 bucks new, add another 50 for the DMC badge.
