Thread: Need a used fascia

    Need a used fascia

I would be extremely grateful if someone could bring me a used fascia to the DMCMW open house. Mine is badly in need of replacement, and it's my #1 priority right now to get that fixed. I'll take anything that looks better than mine:

Looks like you need a rockscreen too. What happened there?

I hope someone comes through for ya there. Prolly wouldnt be too difficult to repair, just time consuming.

Dang, was over a minute so i couldnt edit my post...but anyway...

Not sure if you'd want it, but I have a rockscreen I'd let ya have for shipping cost..It does need a couple brackets welded back on and couple studs replaced.

Thanks, I'm just looking for something reasonable, because I'd honestly have no idea how to fix it. I'm new to DeLorean ownership.

I learned fascia repair the hard way..my front was cracked when I got it, so I figured it out, rather than pay for a new one. I prefer new stuff myself.

Im relatively new too.. aug-2016 is when I got mine and working on restoring it (I have a thread on DMCTalk (the evil empire))..hehe.

If you send a pm with your location I can see about getting a shipping cost this week.

Later on you might consider a fiberglass fascia. I hear they're well made and don't have the shrink problem that the plastic ones do.
