I've toyed with the idea of buying a painted car. If Ron passes, let me know the details. I keep saying I'm not spending any more money until the house is paid for, but for the right price I might jump.

I want a painted car, so I'd swap panels with one; provided they're in decent shape.

I'm certain there are a number of guys with painted D's fully willing to swap for stainless.

You could build the world's first Harlequin Delorean with every panel being a different color!

There are two conditions that have to be met for me to swap panels with a painted car:

    1. The paint must look good.
    2. The panels must not be damaged underneath.

If it was sound and the surface was 'straight', underneath wouldn't matter a lot to me..

I was toying with the idea of selling 6921, she's just sitting in the driveway waiting her turn to be fixed. I honestly thought I'd be working on her by now but sadly other priorities have popped up.
