I think I might be lazy and fly to the event. Any chance of someone going that has a spare passenger seat?
Rest assured, we have a backup of Farrar's car blog and it will be restored in the near future. (Steve Rice - March 2016)

The itinerary will be as follows:

September 23rd: 7 PM Meet-up for dinner with whoever is in town (location to be determined.)

September 24th: The driving tour kicks off at 10 AM.

    Driving tour will include:

-A drive on beautiful M-119, known as "The Tunnel of Trees", which features breathtaking scenery in the fall as the leaves change colors. This is a very curvy road along the coast of Lake Michigan's Little Traverse Bay and is an absolute blast to drive in a DeLorean. There are lots of spots to stop, shop, and take photos along the way.

LUNCH: We will stop for lunch at the beautiful Pond Hill Farm:

The conclusion of the driving tour will end at Boyne Highlands resort for their Hops 'n Highlands festival, including scenic chairlift rides, a zip-line, as well as sampling 44 Michigan Breweries and over 175 craft beers,

Dinner will follow at a nearby restaurant.

A local hotel with plenty of parking is the Best Western of Harbor Springs:

Please note, this is a busy time of the season for fall tourists and car clubs, and rooms will fill up fast. Make sure to book early to guarantee a room!

The driving tour is less than two weeks from today! Who is coming with their car? I would like to get a headcount together.

Assuming Andrew is coming, as of now we have Shannon, Luke, Richard V, myself. 5 DeLoreans isn't bad for an inaugural tour!

Why isn't Josh going? He's like right around the corner. Kinda.

Another local owner has surfaced and is joining. We are up to 6 DeLoreans now!
