Thread: How do I get in touch w/ Bill to buy a carb conversion kit?

How do I get in touch w/ Bill to buy a carb conversion kit?

I've long been sold on the KISS principle. The K-Jet system is flawed and overly complicated IMHO. I am restoring a D that hasn't run in two decades. Would rather put my money into a simple, proven, easy-to-work-on fuel-delivery system. Getting rid of a bunch of those hoses in the engine bay would be nice, too. Hate all that clutter. Removing the spark plugs on the driver's side of the engine is a real chore with all that crap in the way.

Anyway, does Bill have an online store, email, or phone number I could contact him through? I looked, but did not find.

    Thank you,
    Marty

PM him. But a warning, once you go carb, you CAN go back to kjet but most don't.

Also ... Driving a car that starts up every time and goes fast can be addicting !

I'm taking it that you have seen the Hitler video.
Rest assured, we have a backup of Farrar's car blog and it will be restored in the near future. (Steve Rice - March 2016)

I haven't. I'll see if I can find it on Youtbue.

Edit: Found it. Very funny stuff. My own website has one of these parodies on it. Seems like Hitler is really p!ssed off at a lot of sh!t these days.

That gave me a nice chuckle. I guess you have to waste your time doing something, waiting for parts to arrive.

PM'd Bill. No reply. Does anyone know if these are immediately available? Or is there usually a waiting list? I want to get my car running soon.
